EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You can exchange a garment within 10 days of receiving the package. The cost borne for shipping to us will be borne by the customer. We can exchange the goods for another size or style. We do not have the service for arranging reverse pickups and hence the customer will have to send the garment back to us.
Only clothing is eligible for exchange. Accessories such as masks, mask chains, necklaces etc. cannot be exchanged or returned.
Custom orders and products on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
To exchange your order, kindly email us on email@example.com with your order number and we will assist you with the process. The products must be in an unused condition, otherwise the exchange will not be applicable.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
We do not offer refunds once the order has been placed, however we offer store credit which is valid for a period of 3 months.
We invest a great amount of time and care into making our pieces, and ensure the product is in good condition while sending it to you.
While placing an order, we request you to go over the details and size chart to avoid any issues. You can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries regarding any of the products.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We request you to not accept any packages which are open or seem to have been tampered with. Kindly return the parcel with the delivery associate and email us your order number.
If you receive a damaged/defected piece we request you to get in touch with us within 2 days of receiving the package with the details. Once our team looks into the matter, we can send you a replacement/ credit note/ refund.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, you can cancel it within 24 hours. We will send you a credit note for the same amount which will be valid for 3 months. The amount cannot be refunded once an order is placed.
